Germán de Souza
Germán de Souza nació en Buenos Aires y se trasladó a Barcelona a principios de los 2000. En su país de origen fue director de la revista de circo y teatro de calle Newton Las Pelotas! y promotor de eventos de circo, teatro, danza y música, proyecto que lo llevó a España. En Barcelona creó su estudio de diseño y desarrollo multimedia Coreographix. También es responsable de proyectos como el sello discográfico Folcore Records, Club du Monde Radio, Etnotròpic y Nü World Music. Como DJ y productor se ha presentado en diversas ciudades de Europa y Latinoamerica. Es colaborador del blog de música alternativo de México Cassette Blog.

A very particular year that leaves us as a result the release of 6 singles, 4 albums, 3 EPs, 1 special edition and 1 big decision: to leave the dominant social networks.
This is how our 2021 has presented itself in the midst of many (implicit) battles for the integrity, subsistence (and existence) of the label. A thorny road, uphill and full of obstacles that we have been able to overcome. We can still affirm that we are standing tall and with our defenses high, despite the adversities.

Help us make history by reversioning the work of the Argentine musicologist, Leda Valladares, in a double-vinyl phonographic edition that will take you across the sound universe of ‘canto con caja’ from the Andean highlands to the electronic music perspective, through covers and remixes by featured producers and singers of the Iberoamerican scene such as Chancha Via Circuito, El Remolon, Tremor, Tonolec, Intiche, King Coya, Soema Montenegro, Miriam Garcia and Doma Tornados, among others.
